WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL!!!!

Good Thursday Morning! We are officially in Back to School mode! Our class has already been laughing, learning, and getting know each other. We have an awesome group of Second Graders and i know we are going to have a great year!!!

Parents, please check folders each night. The Homework Log will be in the folders. Please sign it and make sure your child finishes the work. We have our first Spelling Test next Friday. It will be over your child's personal information. The note about this came home today!

Thanks for sharing your child with me this year. We are going to work hard and do our very best every day!

I love this time of year! So much is happening in the classroom and around our community. We have learned a lot about apples, Constitution Day, and so much more! We have a lot happening this month! Below is a schedule of events:

Monday October 6 Fire Department Visits for Fire Safety
Tuesday October 7 FLAME production at Mt. Olive
Thursday October 9 Parent Conferences 4-7 pm
Friday October 10 Parent Conferences 8am - 12 noon
NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS
Oct 10- Oct 19 FALL BREAK NO SCHOOL!!!

Oct 20 Return to school!

After Fall Break, we will be learning about Pumpkins, Bats, Bones, and much much more!

Hello Super Second Graders! Are you ready for some fun and learning??? School starts on Tuesday August 5. This will be an abbreviated day and school will dismiss at 10:00 a.m. We will be having a very important Parent meeting on Monday August 4th at 6:00 p.m. I am looking forward to meeting you and learning together in Second Grade!
